Being a Gold Club Member of
Race-Mart® is the participation in an exclusive, private,
privileged membership customer group. We reward Gold Club Member
retail customers that help reduce our risk to do business
with many benefits including reduced pricing, rewards and
other special promotions and specials not available to the
general public.
There is no cost to become a Gold Club Member. Just fill out and
submit the registration form selecting Gold Club Member from the
drop down box. We will verify your address, email address
and phone number with published information to verify your
identity. This greatly reduces our risk of fraudulent
transactions which is why we can pass on the savings to you.
Only Gold Club Members and
Business Club Members may ship to an address other than their
billing address after the first order.
To become a Gold Club Member:
• The address and phone number on your registration must
match your published phone book
address and phone number. Additional documentation may be requested to
establish your identity.
• By applying, you certify that you do not work for one of
the manufacturers or suppliers whose
products we sell without identifying yourself as such and you are not a
competitor.
• You agree to our published terms of sale.
Business Club Members
Business Club
Membership is reserved strictly for businesses that use our
products to create other products, such as engine or chassis
builders, businesses that resell our products, OEMs,
industrial facilities, government agencies and utilities.
Business Club Membership accounts are credit card accounts
only. A credit card must be kept on file for miscellaneous
transactions. We do not offer open receivable accounts and
do not accept checks.

Membership will only be granted to qualifying Gold Club
Member businesses
who
consistently maintain volume
purchases in excess of $1000 per month.
Business Club
Members are eligible to receive Rewards points (see below).
A copy of
your Business License, State Tax Exemption Certificate
(Florida only) and a complete written application are
required for approval. Please call or email us to request an
application.
All registered members agree to receive our
e-mail business newsletters.
Rewards
The redeemable
value of one reward point is $1.00. Reward points are issued
at the value equivalent to 1% of the purchase price of an
item. Reward points are redeemed by the issuance of a gift
certificate which is emailed containing a code. You then
enter the code at checkout and the amount will be
automatically deducted from the purchase price. The minimum
gift certificate is $10. You may check the status of your
reward points by logging into your account. Please send us
an email or call to redeem your reward points. Reward points
do not expire. You must be a Gold Club or Business Club Member in good standing to
redeem reward points.
Back Order - Special Order Policy
Even with our
availability of $60 million of inventory in many
warehouses nationwide, back orders can occur. We will process any order not immediately available from stock as a
special order with the manufacturer to get the product to you as soon as reasonably possible based on your selected method of shipment. Any special order or drop ship fees imposed on us by the manufacturer will be passed on and added to the invoice with no mark up or profit added.
Special orders are non-cancelable
and non-returnable. An order for a non-stock item may only be
canceled within the first 48 hours of receipt if the manufacturer will accept our cancellation. All cancellations are
subject to administrative cancellation fees plus any additional fees imposed on us by the manufacturer. Please
order responsibly.
Product availability and shipping times may vary with manufacturers. Back orders are not shipped by air unless specifically requested in advance with payment for the additional service.
Shipping & Handling Policy
All shipments are made on an F.O.B. (Free on Board) Origin basis. Legal title transfers from seller to buyer when the merchandise leaves our dock. Check your shipment for any damages immediately on receipt. If you find any damage, you must file a claim with the carrier, not us. In transit damage does not relieve you of payment responsibility.
All shipments will be made by FedEx
or UPS
ground service unless specified otherwise or the shipment is too heavy and requires a common carrier. No COD
or APO/FPO shipments will be made. If your shipment requires being shipped via a common carrier, you will be presented with our LTL freight estimator at checkout. The estimator will give you shipping rates and the carriers those rates are based on. It will also show you the estimated number of days in transit. This is strictly an estimate and not under any circumstances a delivery commitment. The estimate does not take into consideration the time required to set up a carrier truck pick up appointment or your delivery availability to receive the shipment.
Credit Card companies require a signature receipt
for orders valued over $100 and some others. Please be prepared to receive your shipment as it will not be left if the signature required option is invoked.
If a shipment is not deliverable, you will be
responsible for any re-stocking or additional delivery
fees.
We have adopted a policy that
no handling charge is
ever added to an order regardless of value.
Please do not confuse this with a manufacturer's drop
ship charge that may apply from certain manufacturers
for drop shipments.
Items that have the box appear "Free Shipping This Item" indicates that no shipping will be charged within the 48 contiguous states only. All orders for shipment outside the 48 contiguous states will have shipping added.
Please do not
confuse a method of shipment with a shipping
commitment. If you select overnight shipping,
that only guarantees that we will use that
method of shipment once the item is available.
It does not guarantee that you will receive the
item the following day. If the item is in stock
and the order is received prior to the
distribution center cut off time, the shipment
will most likely occur on the same day. Under no circumstances do we ever
guarantee a delivery date, we only offer
good faithestimates based on our
historical transportation experience.
Race-Mart, Inc. accepts no liability for third
party delays in shipping which are beyond our
direct control. This includes but is not limited to strikes,
inclement weather or acts of God.
Warranty Policy
No guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, have been represented to buyer by
Race-Mart, Inc. including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness. Any and all damages arising from the commercial use of these products are expressly excluded and waived by buyer. Buyer accepts merchandise in “as is” condition. Any claim for damages arising from the sale of this merchandise shall be limited to the repair and replacing of non-conforming parts.
Any warranty offered by a manufacturer shall pass directly from the manufacturer to the Buyer. Any warranty claims against a factory warranty shall be conducted by the Buyer directly with the manufacturer or their assigned authorized agents.
Order & Payment Policy
Our
minimum order is $25.00.
In order to protect our customers from credit card fraud, we verify billing information with your credit card company before processing your order.
Please be aware that our servers record the unique IP address that a browser transmits when requesting a page download which can be used by law enforcement officials to identify a person committing credit card fraud, even if that person does not provide his or her real name.
By
submitting our order form, you agree that Race-Mart, Inc. is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the product(s)/service(s) above.
By submitting our order form you are authorizing
Race-Mart, Inc. to charge your credit card. You also agree to waive all rights to reverse or charge back any credit card charge for any reason.
Limitation of
Liability
By purchasing and or using any product from
Race-Mart, Inc., you are consenting to this contract and your agreement to which you have consented and entered into by your purchase. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms, do not use or purchase any products sold by

The use of any performance product or vehicle is potentially dangerous. Racing anything may be dangerous. Serious bodily injury and/or death can result from the operation of performance vehicles in any environment, especially when racing. The purchaser and/or user of any product sold by
Race-Mart, Inc. understands this and assumes the risk of injury or death and accepts full responsibility for all damages and injuries incurred through the use of these products, from participating in any competitive events, and/or from operating a performance vehicle in any other way.
The buyer and/or user agree that he or she has had the opportunity to fully examine these products before use and/or installation.
Race-Mart, Inc., shall not be not responsible for the manner and method of the installation of any purchased parts. That responsibility lies solely with the user and/or buyer of these parts. Some parts sold by
Race-Mart, Inc. may be intended solely for off road use and not for use on the public roads. The use of these products on public roads is illegal and the installation of these parts on a vehicle may make that vehicle illegal for use on public roads. It is the buyer and/or end user’s responsibility to make this determination and use the products as intended by the manufacturers.
Only you make the decision to purchase and/or use these parts and decide how to install and maintain them. Only you make the choice to operate a performance vehicle or to race it. If you think our products are unsafe
for your application, do not buy them. By purchasing and/or using these parts, you agree to be bound by all of the terms recited above.

Special Orders
Some customers are not familiar with the special order
process so we wanted to take the time to try and explain
it. As you are probably aware, no company can have every
item, all the time for every customer in stock. It violates
the basic laws of economics.
Your order will turn into a special order when the item is
not an inventory item. That particular part number is not an
inventory item for one reason, it doesn't turn. No company
in their right mind will invest inventory dollars into items
that are very slow movers. That being said, the challenge
then is to get that item as quickly as possible at the most
reasonable cost.
Some customers think that we can just order a special order
item and it will magically appear. We truly wish that were
true. We have found that in most cases a customer is not
willing to pay all of the associated costs to acquire an
item fast. For example, if you want 1 Earls fitting that is
a special order item and you want it quick, you will pay
$9.00 inbound shipping charge, a $10 Service Fee and a $10 Drop
Ship fee. In order to avoid these fees, we have the item
added to our next stocking order which may take 3 weeks to
get. There are also manufacturer's minimum orders and a
whole host of other obstacles to overcome to fulfill a
special order. In most cases a manufacturer's minimum order
is $100 or more.
Certain products are built to order. This means that the
manufacturer doesn't keep the item in stock either but
builds it when the order is received specifically for you.
The Prothane product line is a prime example of this. They
stock a lot of components and assemble to order.
We process all orders within a few hours of receipt however,
manufacturers typically take 24-48 hours to process a
special order. If anything unusual occurs in the process (item discontinued, superseded part number etc.),
you will be notified immediately. Special orders can range
anywhere from 5 days to several months delivery depending on the
manufacturer, the item ordered, our replenishment order schedule etc. For
example, spark plugs are ordered from NGK twice a week and
typically take 14 working days to ship out. Imported items can take much longer.
By placing a special order, you are accepting the fact that the delivery time is not defined and you are accepting the delivery time regardless of what it is. You also recognize that in most cases we have absolutely no control over the delivery time is as it is dictated by the manufacturer who often change production dates. Once placed, all special orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable. If for any reason you are uncomfortable with this policy, please do not place an order for a special order item.
Return Policy
All returns must be prepaid (COD returns will not be accepted). All returns must have prior approval and have a Return of Merchandise Authorization number assigned. All RMA requests must be done in writing, e-mail is preferred. The RMA number must appear on any returned packages and copy of original packing list. All returns must be received, inspected and accepted before a refund will be processed. All sales are considered final after 15 days from the original shipping date.
Any item being returned must be in absolutely new
condition, in the original packaging with all of the
original packing material, install kits, instructions
and any other items included with the original
shipment.
A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns except for
a shipment of incorrect part numbers or suspected defects. If it is determined that we made an error or that a part was in fact defective, your account will be credited with the original shipping charge.
If a
shipment is refused at delivery, it does not relieve
you of the liability for the merchandise. A refusal acknowledges receipt and constitutes a shipment of your property at your direction, of which we will assume no responsibility or liability for.
Our re-stocking fee will apply to all refused shipments
as well as the cost of the return shipping charge. Additionally, as a result of such
action, your account will be permanently closed and
any rewards points will be surrendered with no value.
The
following items are not returnable under any
circumstances: consumables, chemicals, engine bearings, electrical components, engine
internals that have been installed, special orders and
tires or wheels that have been on a tire machine.
All decisions made regarding the above policies are at the total and sole discretion of
Race-Mart, Inc.. All such decisions are final and binding upon the parties.
We have access to over $60 Million of inventory in 16 distribution centers nationwide to fill your orders from on a daily basis. Our site currently has over 350,000 items and more than twice that many yet to be added. Our product offering could be divided into several major categories. Parts for; drag racing, circle track racing, road racing, off road racing, street/strip, show vehicles, strictly street vehicles, trucks & SUVS, general repair and maintenance.
You may find that there are some product lines that you will not find on our site or that we refuse to sell. We are committed to selling only the best quality merchandise from the most respected manufacturers in the industry. If we are not willing to use a product ourselves, we will not sell it.
This is especially critical when it comes to racing internal engine components such as complete rotating assemblies, crankshafts and connecting rods. We have seen too many of our fellow racers be victims of this cheap offshore junk and we will not contribute to the problem. Please do not ask us to.
