Established in 1989, SCE Gaskets, Inc. has become the world leader in racing and hard core engine gaskets, first with copper gaskets and now with cutting edge engine gaskets of all types. Pro Copper Exhaust Gaskets
SCE Pro Copper is the original embossed copper exhaust gasket. In-house design, tooling and manufacturing insures that your Pro Copper exhaust gaskets fit better, seal better and last longer than other exhaust gaskets. Malleable copper bead seals conform to irregular surfaces and solid metal construction means no shrinkage and no loose bolts. Note: gasket bead seal must match raised weld ring around header opening where applicable, please see illustration for proper selection. Iron manifolds and machined header flanges do not require special fitment.

Hundreds of applications for all popular domestic engines. Solid copper construction insures a tight, leak-proof seal on all manifolds and aftermarket headers.

SCE Pro Copper head gaskets are the standard of the industry, recommended for serious racing engines in any category with a Blower, Turbo or a Nitrous bottle. Every SCE Copper head gasket is heat treated to insure the gasket conforms to the o-ring for a tight combustion seal. See the SCE difference! Better Fit,

·      Pro Copper head gaskets require o-rings in the block or head for combustion sealing. If used in liquid cooled engines, additional sealant is required. Don’t want to hassle with sealant or take a chance on leaks? Use SCE’s Titan copper head gaskets with patented coolant seals built in! Don’t have an o-ringed motor? Use SCE’s ICS Titan with patented Integral Combustion Seals as well as coolant seals!

ICS Titan Head Gaskets feature
SCE’s patented coolant seals and Integral Combustion Seals. No O-rings, No additional sealants! The Integral Combustion Seal (ICS) gasket body is split at the bore opening to allow insertion of a stainless wire o-ring into the gasket body, this eliminates the need for o-rings in the block or head in all but the most extreme combinations. Please see the illustration.

Recommended for use with naturally aspirated gasoline or methanol engines up to 17:1 compression ratio in drag race or oval track competition.  Also suitable for use in medium to heavy turbocharged, blown or nitrous injected engines. NOTE: 10 bolt patterns will limit the effectiveness of this gasket style, for extreme power adders with 10 head bolts we recommend using o-rings in the block or head(s) with SCE Titan series head gaskets.

Allows the use of power adders or extreme static compression ratios without o-ring combustion seals in the block or head(s), no sealant required, available in thicknesses from .043” to .093”.
